Tel Aviv has been in the news quite a bit the last few weeks due to the barrage of rockets attacks from the Gaza Strip. Many don’t realize that Tel Aviv also has one of the best surfing beaches in the Mediterranean, offering year-round excitement. Dolifinarium Beach, pictured above, is protected by a breakwater that shields surfers as they paddle out to the real action. These shortboarders are heading home after a fun day in the water.
